Webinar set to release 2025 Community Health Survey key findings
Published on April 02, 2026
The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (WCDPHE) will host a public webinar at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, to release key findings from the 2025 Weld Community Health Survey, one of the most comprehensive sources of health information on Weld County residents, and robust county-level health surveys in Colorado.
Conducted every three years, the Weld Community Health Survey helps public health officials, municipal governments, health care providers, and local nonprofit organizations better understand residents’ health needs and use that information to help shape services, programs, and policies. The survey covers a wide range of topics, including mental health, access to physical and mental health care and insurance, health conditions and behaviors, preventive screenings, environmental issues, community concerns, and health-related social and demographic factors. The 2025 survey also explored issues such as loneliness and housing costs.
“The Weld Community Health Survey is more than just data — it’s the voice of our residents,” said Community Health Director Olivia Egen. “It helps us, and our partners, make smarter, more targeted decisions to help improve public health and is our best tool for understanding the health concerns and needs of Weld County.”
During the webinar, WCDPHE staff will walk through key findings across a wide range of topics, including chronic disease outcomes, behavioral health, access to care, affordability, and more. It’s a great opportunity to learn what’s changing, what’s emerging, and what matters most to residents. The data will also be made available on the WCDPHE website dashboard, allowing communities and partners to better understand changing local health conditions and identify health disparities between subpopulations.
