Healthy Plate is a program offered through the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. The program focuses on promoting nutrition education and healthy eating habits in the community — helping individuals and families with limited food budgets learn to shop for and cook healthy meals through hands-on in-person and online programming. Volunteers play a vital role in promoting our program, supporting workshops, and engaging participants.
